All orders ship from our warehouse in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Where we ship

We ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or addresses outside the United States. Each order ships to one address.

• Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
• $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $75

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days of being placed.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak holiday periods.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout, with tracking details when available.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. Returns are covered in our Refund policy.
